Hi! I’m Ludivine
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who specializes in anxiety/ depression, identity, trauma and life transition topics. I work with adults in English or French virtually over phone or video in Ontario.
If you feel a lack of belonging, feel perpetually lost or feel like you are never enough, then I may be a good fit for you.
My goal is to use my experience and your expertise on yourself to give you a space where you feel unconditionally allowed to say, process and feel what usually remains hidden.

Therapy sessions offered
Weekly sessions are recommended at first. Once things stabilize and we start building a therapeutic alliance, skills and understanding, sessions become less frequent to reflect your needs.
These sessions are meant for conflict resolution, skill building and maintenance. Here we will be returning to the basics to then build back up with a solid foundation.

Bi-Weekly - Used to stabilize a crises state. It is not meant as a replacement to emergency services but to be active in skill building.
Weekly - Recommended as a baseline while in the initial core working stage of therapy. Building skills, exploring context and active work.
Twice a month - Used as an application of skills stage to see how therapy affects the core issue.
Monthly - Once skills are proven to work, once a month is a maintenance stage.

I offer sliding scale options where we discuss your needs and budget.
Just as you trust me, I trust you to pay what you can. The fee is chosen and set by you and reassessed occasionally with no pressure.
These spots are limited.

A standard session is 50 min.
The 10 min at the end are to write client notes, eat and go to the bathroom.
Shorter (30 min) or longer (90min) sessions are available.

The shortest brief therapies are on average 10 sessions.
For less strict methods it is entirely dependent on the client, nature of the case and frequency of visit.

Yes, I accept insurance and will claim the session for you once set up.
Currently my list of insurance providers are: sunlife and blue cross. More to come.
If you have another provider listed, you will be able to claim the session fee with the provided session invoice.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 10am to 6pm
Thursday and Fridays: 12pm to 8pm
